To understand how Karma Kups came to life, you’d have to know the journey that shaped it.

I know that feeling well. For years, I chased belonging, trying to shape myself into what others might accept. And even when I worked harder, gave more, and proved myself again and again, there was still an emptiness inside.
What changed everything wasn’t another achievement—it was the realization that I wasn’t here to fit in. I was here to be me - uniquely, imperfectly, and powerfully me. That shift freed me to see my own value. In that transformation, I recognized that it’s the journey that defines us. It’s not about perfection or achievements; it’s about the intentions we set, the actions we take, and the courage to get back up again and again.
How the Cups Came to Life
For me, identity, growth, and purpose came from turning inward—in dedicated meditation, whispered prayer, and quiet walks. In that inward stillness, affirmations emerged as a partner to turn my reflections into words. These different tools wove together a path of healing and empowerment that carried me forward on my journey.
Each affirmation reminded me of where I wanted to go and who I was becoming. And I didn’t just want those words hidden on a sheet of paper in a drawer—I wanted them right there with me when I woke up, at work, while cooking dinner, and when I was brushing my teeth. That’s where Karma Kups was born.

Nothing about my healing journey happened overnight. It happened through quiet, intentional moments that mattered:
